Lotus Beta Analytics provides information technology consulting, digital transformation, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, business applications, data analytics, enterprise advisory and related technology services. These services are provided subject to the terms of this Agreement.

• Currency and Taxes: Fees may be specified in NGN, USD or any other agreed currency and do not include taxes unless explicitly stated.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms & Conditions or is harmful to other users, our business, our systems or the integrity of our services.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Nigeria. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Lagos, Nigeria.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
